Total Waste Management Ltd is looking for a Class 1 Steel Tipper Driver to join our team based in Basildon. This position may require some nights out per week.
Position Summary:
Drivers are responsible for transporting material to and from their assigned destinations within a timely manner while maintaining a professional standard.
Job Responsibilities:·

• To collect and deliver a range of scrap metal products in a timely manner.
• To undertake daily defect checks, promptly report any defects found to the Transport Manager.
• To adhere to all applicable driving and working time legislation.
• Communicate with customers and other employees.
• Maintain communication with the Transport department regarding the status of deliveries, delays etc.
• Adhere to company and site safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to, security and safety at all times.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
