Overview
Do you love recruitment?

Are you an experienced recruitment / hr professional looking for a new opportunity. We are looking for someone to lead our Recruitment and HR team in our Horley office. (some travel to other sites in Surrey and Lincolnshire on occasion)
We work alongside young adults with learning disabilities so you will need to be compassionate, kind and attend safeguarding training.
You should have a minimum of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
Duties
  • Managing Recruitment / HR team
  • Running effective recruitment campaigns
  • Improving retention of staff
  • Creating content for social media campaigns
  • Providing generalist advice and support to managers across Surrey and Lincolnshire on all hr matters
  • Experience in dealing with disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals
  • Ensuring all sickness, absence is recorded and managed in accordance with Capability procedures
  • Manage all contractual changes and probation process
  • Confidence to design and deliver relevant training to managers
  • Ensuring the handbook, hr policies and HRIS are kept up to date
  • Overseeing staff survey and employee reward schemes
  • Collating and coordinating payroll data
  • Produce accurate monthly reports on KPIs
Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment / hr experience
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of maintaining a HRIS
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and payroll
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Social Media / Recruitment
  • Experience of working in Care / CQC an advantage
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment an advantage
You would be required to undergo an enhanced dbs check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
