We are looking for
A reliable and adaptable, experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Corby! You must have a valid Forklift Operator License and experience in operating MHE. This is a full-time, permanent position and the successful candidate will be working a shift pattern of Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.

What you will be doing:

• Carry out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders and warehouse supervisors /Managers in accordance with information and training provided and completed
• Perform all Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) checks before using
• Operate forklift trucks safely in line with process and procedure
• Use and follow the “stop block and wheel shock’ process at all times
• Safely load on and unload off vehicles, and check goods visually for any sign of damage and correct labelling
• Perform stock replenishments and Bulk pallet picks
• Carry out the receipting of inbound stock

Our Ideal Person:

• Valid forklift operator's license and experience in operating forklifts and other Manual Handling Equipment with previous experience in warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, including the "stop block and wheel shock" process.
• Ability to visually inspect goods for damage and ensure correct labeling. competent in performing stock replenishments, bulk pallet picks, and internal pallet moves.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team leaders, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Initiative in keeping the work environment safe and clean.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving stock.
