Dance Instructor (Freelance, Part-Time)

We currently have multiple locations across the UK and now we are looking for YOU to join us in creating a vibrant dance movement in South Glos & Bristol!!
We are looking for a Experienced, passionate and dynamic Dance Instructor who can inspire and energise students of all ages ( from 3- 17) and who is able to adapt to our successful dance schools way of coaching!

Position Details:
This part-time (leading to full-time if you wish) role requires you to lead our 2 fully estabilished and full schools in the South Glos area, with the potential to opening more schools as you develope within the organisation , with also the option of also delivering lessons to schools to provide PE lessons and after-school clubs in local schools to create extra income and provide bigger impact across the city!
You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while growing your own dance community.
We offer ongoing support and training to help you flourish in your role and become a passionate leader within the Street Dance industry.
There is huge oppotunity to build your own Dance Team within our organisation and build on your income, as well as creating a postive impact to students.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead Engaging Classes: Plan and deliver exciting dance lessons in street, hip-hop, and contemporary styles for students aged 3-17.
Choreograph Unique Routines: Create captivating choreography for performances and competitions that showcase your students’ talents.
Inspire and Motivate: Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students grow their skills, confidence, and essential life skills.
Organise Rehearsals: Ensure your students are prepared for performances, and gradings by supervising and organising regular rehearsals.
Collaborate and Connect: Work alongside fellow instructors and staff to coordinate events and performances that elevate our dance community.
Deliver after school clubs Lessons: Bring dance to life in schools through engaging after-school programs, birthday parties, and holiday clubs. (flexible to suit your life style)
Leadership: You will be the head Instructor of the Bristol and South Glos area, and provide ongoing support to other Dance Instructors and Junior Instructors, within the Teams across the South West
*Marketing Duties:*
Spread the Word: Actively promote your classes through social media, community events, and outreach (we’ll provide marketing materials and support).
Follow a proven marketing strategy to on board new students, (full training and support given)
Grow Your Class: Enjoy enhanced pay for each student you onboard and retain as you build your dance family.
*Qualifications:*
Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or professional dancer is ESSENTIAL!.
Confidence in leading your own classes and proficiency in multiple dance styles.
Strong communication skills to motivate and connect with students and parents.
Relevant qualifications in dance education or certifications are a plus.
A valid driver’s license is required for local travel.
A full DBS check will be required, and we’ll assist you in obtaining a first aid certificate.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Expected Hours: 8 – 16 hours per week
Experience: Teaching experience is essential (min.1 year), as well as working with children.
Willingness to Travel
Flexibility to cover other classes in the South West (to cover sickness and holidays, fuel expenses included)
