Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including holiday lets and private households. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for all of our clients.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to streak free finishes.
- General ironing tasks of clients clothing items.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Restocking supplies as needed - cleaning equipment/products are provided.
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not required as training is provided.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and hard-working.
Skills:
- Experience in the hotel/cleaning industry is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients.
