Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust digital solutions, leveraging modern cloud technologies and microservices architectures. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with scalable, secure, and innovative technical solutions. A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant systems in fast-paced, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end architectural solutions for digital services, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Leverage AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, Dynamo DB) to build and manage cloud-based systems.
• Lead the implementation of RESTful APIs, ensuring adherence to Open API standards.
• Define strategies for database design and management, optimizing relational (Postgre SQL) and No SQL databases in cloud environments.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo, Terraform, and Jenkins to ensure streamlined development and deployment processes.
• Develop governance and compliance frameworks to ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards.
• Oversee the integration of digital solutions with existing enterprise systems, maintaining seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor and optimize digital solutions to ensure cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, designing and implementing large-scale digital solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services and microservices-based architectures.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and utilizing frameworks like Node.js and Type Script.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with database solutions, including Postgre SQL and No SQL databases.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment using tools like Terraform, Bamboo, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Gatling, and Sonar Qube.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A deep understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
