Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator - Part time
Location: Hybrid, Northampton
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Salary: £10,339 - £11,256 per annum DOE (based on 15 hours per week)
HORIBA UK Limited is seeking a passionate CSR Coordinator to drive our corporate social responsibility initiatives. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage volunteering programmes, charity partnerships, and STEM outreach activities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and deliver volunteering, sponsorship, and charity initiatives.
• Build relationships with charity partners and community organisations.
• Track budgets, maintain records, and report CSR performance.
• Create content for newsletters, social media, and press releases.
• Oversee the annual corporate sponsorship programme and matched giving applications
• Support STEM-related activities and the HORIBA UK Foundation through event co-ordination

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of CSR best practices and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in planning CSR or community programmes is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

Working hours are flexible, but some flexibility would be needed to work necessary hours on occasions when holding all day events.
