Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Control Panel Wirers to join our team. This role would be suitable for candidates who are eager to learn but have experience within system builds, electrical testing and electrical wiring on an industrial level
What you will be doing:

• Build and assembly of electrical control panels and switchgear
• Reading and working to engineering drawings and schematics
• Fault finding and diagnosis during machine assembly
• Commissioning of drives and motors
• PLC input and output testing
• Electrical testing of system builds
• Ensuring production schedules are met in line with customer demands
• Providing support for improving all aspects of the build process and systems
• Working in a safe manner

What you need:

• Electrical experience, including panel assembly and wiring from diagrams
• Experience building switch gear desirable
• Able to use hand tools, mechanical and electrical equipment
• City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work as part of a small team
