We are looking for a Health Care Assistant with evening and weekend availability to join our friendly team! 7am - 2pm & 4pm - 11pm also options of weekend work only!

Care Assistant role -

• Providing care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes
• A range of support with personal care
• Household tasks, medication support and companionship
