The Island Residential Home is a 35 bedded residential setting that supports older people living with dementia and adults with physical disabilities and associated health needs. We have been providing residential care for over 30 years and our residents are part of our family.
We have built a community within the community and we’re passionate about finding likeminded individuals with drive to provide exceptional care to all our residents, whilst also bringing joy and fun into our resident's lives.
We’re currently Care Assistant support our team. This role will suit somebody who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable jumping in to support with a variety of tasks.
In order to be considered for the role, all candidates must:

• Live in Leysdown-On-Sea or have your own reliable transport for commuting
• Have authorisation to work in the UK and already be living in the country
• Pervious Care experience & Training Required.
