Hand In Hand Community Care Ltd is a small private Domiciliary Care company based in Crossgates, Powys. We were established in December 2013 and thrive on providing a high standard of care to the clients we support.
We have, over the years, invested in company work vehicles that are available and have high morals in supporting and looking after our staff who are the front of the business.
Required duties of the role:-

• Providing care and support to a female individual in 24 hour shifts within their own home from 9am to 9am (personal care, meal preparation, medication administration).
• Sleep in from 11pm to 6.30am, with a positional change at 3am for pressure care.
• Providing care and support as required from 6.30am to 9am (personal care, meal preparation).
• Assist with activities of daily living, including showering or a full body wash, dressing and any other tasks as required.
• Meal preparation.
• Administering of medication as required.
• Performing light household tasks such as cleaning essential areas and laundry.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients health or behaviour.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Please note that previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not required. We offer on-the-job training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
