Now Hiring: Social Media Manager to amplify our brand presence and engage with our vibrant community across all major platforms.
Location: remote in Ukraine, Europe, Latin America, USA, with occasional working hours aligned to PST.

What You'll Do:

• Craft and implement a social media strategy that increases visibility and engagement across channels like Linked In, X, Instagram, etc.
  
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and improve content engagement.
  
• Engage our community by responding quickly and professionally to feedback and inquiries.
  
• Manage contributions from contractors, such as video editors, ensuring content aligns with our brand.
  
• Create engaging memes and viral content that resonate with our audience.
  
• Experiment with new content formats and explore emerging platforms to stay ahead of trends.
  
• React promptly to current events with relevant and engaging content.
  
• Bring creativity to the table; we value unconventional problem-solving and the courage to break the mold.
  

About You:

• Experienced in managing social media and crafting communication strategies.
  
• Focused on audience and results, with a data-driven approach to your work.
  
• A portfolio that demonstrates effective social media management and impactful campaigns.
  
• Able to work well with our founders and community, enhancing collaborative efforts.
  
• Knowledgeable about marketing basics, essential metrics, and trend analysis.
  
• Fluent in the latest trends with the ability to craft content that has the potential to go viral.
  
• Exceptional English communication skills and a robust sense of humor.
