We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in interpreting and leveraging complex app performance data to drive strategic decision-making and actionable insights.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the highest standards of analytical practices, and spearheading mobile analytics projects.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights in app performance
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions by collaborating with diverse teams
• Implement analytics tools such as GA4 and Adjust via GTM and datalayer
• Perform technical QA on app data to maintain accuracy and reliability
• Generate actionable recommendations by applying critical thinking to complex problems
• Create and deliver concise, compelling presentations to stakeholders
• Communicate insights effectively through storyboards
• Maintain high-quality outputs and analyses through rigorous attention to detail
• Conduct in-depth app analysis utilizing analytics tools like GA4, Firebase, and Mixpanel
• Enhance analysis by applying user experience (UX) principles
• Ensure analytics processes comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
• Manage analytics projects and collaborate effectively with development teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics, including at least 2 years in app & web analytics
• Hands-on expertise in web and app analytics implementation
• Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Background in SQL with a preference for Python or R skills
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of UX principles is beneficial
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methods
• Technical ability to conduct QA processes and ensure data accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to quality
• Proficiency in storyboarding and visual storytelling
• Understanding of data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA
• Strong collaboration and project management skills
