We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, develop Salesforce configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze customer needs and document clear business requirements
• Work with clients to understand optimal technology uses and solution designs
• Liaise with offshore teams and third-party suppliers to align project needs
• Identify opportunities for business development between technology intersection, customers, and the business
• Occasionally participate in a consultative or pre-sales role for digital strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service, and Platform clouds
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies and lightning components
• Background in software delivery projects from inception to completion
• Capability to understand, assess and document high-level business ideas into user stories
• Strong Agile mindset and familiarity with other development methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client management skills
• Advanced English level in both spoken and written communication
