We are actively seeking a skilled Senior Program Coordinator to oversee operations and foster growth within the Internal Skill & Career Advisory Service at EPAM.
This pivotal role demands a robust engineering background, involvement in Big 4 consulting or audit initiatives, and an aptitude for process enhancement. The selected individual will be instrumental in advancing our services and promoting professional growth throughout our global enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the operational effectiveness of EPAM's Internal Skill Advisory Service
• Build and sustain a reliable network of software development professionals
• Propel the service's growth and ongoing improvement
• Conduct trend analysis to inform strategic planning and collaborative execution of enhancements
• Craft and improve methodologies for assessing applicants and employees to match their skills and interests
• Supervise and direct the service's operational team

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 12 years of experience in software engineering
• Background in overseeing operations within a software engineering context
• Understanding of techniques for process optimization
• Ability to analyze complex data for strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in communication across diverse and multicultural environments
• Passion for developing effective evaluation methods for applicants and employees

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Java Script, .NET, Python
• Experience in interviewing, mentoring, and guiding technical professionals
• Background in project management fundamentals (PM/PMO)
