We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Developer specializing in .NET MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) to join the team of our US-based Customer. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a cross-platform mobile application focused on school dismissal functionality for K-12 education institutions. This project involves the integration of various systems and services to ensure seamless and secure school dismissal processes. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and knowledge of integration will contribute to the safety and organization of schools while leveraging your mobile application development skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop a cross-platform mobile application using Xamarin/.NET MAUI frameworks
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather the requirements and understand school dismissal processes
Implement secure, scalable, and efficient codebase following best practices and the industry standards
Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and performance optimization
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface for the school dismissal application
Integrate the mobile application with various systems and services, such as student information systems, attendance systems, and communication platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate authentication mechanisms, back-end systems, and external services for a seamless user experience
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and practices to optimize productivity and ensure adherence to security standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Extensive experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or Xamarin.Forms
Proficiency in C# programming language and the .NET framework (5+ years)
Strong understanding of mobile application development concepts, including UI/UX design, data storage, asynchronous programming, and networking
Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, integrating third-party libraries and services, and performance optimization techniques
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Effective communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
