1. What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with company goals and resonates with the target audience to drive engagement.
• Manage the production of all content types, including blog posts, website pages, e-books, case studies, whitepapers, and social media updates, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices to boost organic traffic by researching and integrating effective keywords to improve search rankings.
• Manage copywriters and collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales, and technical teams.
• Analyze blog and social media posts performance and audience behavior to optimize content and initiate changes in content strategy.
• Plan and schedule content releases, managing the content calendar for timely publication across all channels.
• Ensure all produced content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
• Stay updated on industry trends, introduce fresh ideas and new content formats to engage the audience.
• Create and manage content for the Linked In profiles of the sales team, enhancing their professional presence and supporting sales initiatives through engaging posts.

2. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Philology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in content management or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills to create compelling and engaging content.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop long-term content strategies that drive business growth.
• Analytical mindset for making data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Familiarity with IT outsourcing services and technical concepts.
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Familiarity of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
