Description
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential clients, and market opportunities thru research, networking, and attending industry events and conferences
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach
Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets and objectives
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing
Establish and nurture strong relationship with clients and key stakeholders
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development strategies with company goals
Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services based on client interactions
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements
5+ years or proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Knowledge in Vo IP and Telecommunications - a plus
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, together with excellent negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements, and correlating business to the value that can be provided by Comm Peak
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
