We are looking for an experienced Net Suite Consultant to enhance and streamline our client’s ERP system and financial operations across multiple international entities. Following a recent restructuring, the finance team needs a skilled professional to drive improvements in system standardization, integration, and overall efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of financial data and systems with the company’s strategic goals.
Experience / Skills required:
Must have:

• Solid experience with Net Suite ERP in multi-entity or multinational environments, including setup and customization for finance functions
• Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts setup, consolidation, and data migration within Net Suite
• Proven ability to collaborate across finance, procurement, and IT teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• Upper-intermediate level of English and better

Good to have:

• Experience with bank integrations and cash management workflows
• Experience with procurement tools, such as Coupa, and integration with Net Suite
• Knowledge of data warehousing or BI tools for ERP data extraction and visualization
• Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS reporting standards

Responsibilities:

• Standardize Financial Structures in Net Suite: Implement a unified Chart of Accounts across entities within Net Suite to improve data integrity and streamline consolidation
• Integrate Banking and Cash Management: Set up bank connections with Net Suite for better cash visibility and streamlined reconciliations
• Optimize Core Net Suite Fields and Processes: Refine key Net Suite fields (e.g., department, classification) and establish best practices to enhance data consistency during closings
• Improve Fixed Assets and Amortization Management: Simplify asset tracking and amortization schedules to support clearer and more efficient reporting
• Data Migration and Financial Reporting: Support data migration to align with the new Chart of Accounts and help create foundational Net Suite reports
