We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to work part-time, providing high-impact contributions to our ML projects.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and improvement of machine learning models for selected projects.
• Build scalable solutions to handle large datasets and ensure efficient model performance.
• Conduct research and experimentation with new ML techniques and algorithms to maintain cutting-edge standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to integrate ML solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers, promoting a learning environment and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee model testing and deployment, ensuring high performance in production.
• Implement MLOps best practices to simplify model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science, with strong skills in ML algorithms, statistics, and data processing.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-Learn).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services.
• Knowledge of data engineering and database management (SQL, No SQL), with experience in creating ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and deployment tools, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
