Your expertise:

• 5+ years in a Learning and Development role, preferably within a tech or IT-driven company
• Proven experience in designing and delivering both technical and soft skills training
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Hands-on experience in creating and implementing L&D programs from scratch
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2), both written and spoken

You will be involved into:

• Work with internal stakeholders (developers, Tech Leads, People Team, management) to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives
• Create and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that addresses both technical and soft skills development
• Liaise with the People Team, department heads, and other key stakeholders to align training initiatives with overall company objectives
• Develop customized learning programs that may include in-house workshops, e-learning courses, and external vendor partnerships
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, including skill improvements, engagement levels, and course completion rates
• Develop or curate relevant learning materials, ensuring that content is engaging and meets the needs of technical professionals
• Keep up with trends in learning technology and adult learning theories to continuously improve the company's L&D offerings
