We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Hybris Software Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions to meet our business needs.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of Hybris applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals
• Design and implement Web Services (REST, SOAP) to meet business requirements
• Manage JMS implementations for reliable messaging and data integration
• Ensure the proper integration and use of Git for version control
• Oversee continuous integration and deployment practices to streamline development processes
• Guide the team in applying Agile best practices such as SCRUM, XP, TDD, ATDD, and Pair Programming
• Cultivate an environment focused on continuous process improvement and clean code practices
• Implement HTML/CSS/JS to enhance front-end functionalities
• Facilitate direct interactions between the team and customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Java development professional experience
• 1+ year of Hybris development experience
• Proficiency in Spring framework
• Solid understanding of application design
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Background in e-commerce
• Skills in Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• Competency in JMS
• Proficiency in Git
• Qualifications in ant, HTML/CSS/JS
• Flexibility to use continuous integration and deployment
