RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the enhancement of Power BI dashboards, unlocking deeper insights for the business
• Collaborate across multiple teams to understand challenges, proactively suggesting data solutions that improve performance, optimize costs, and resolve discrepancies
• Lead the team of data analysts
• Bring your experience in sales and consumer goods analytics to identify key metrics and address common challenges faced by the industry
• Work closely with frontend developers, product owners, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure a seamless delivery of analytics solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of Power BI experience: You’re skilled in turning data into interactive, compelling visualizations
• 1+ years of Leadership experience
• A keen eye for UI design and user experience, ensuring your dashboards don’t just function well, but look amazing too
• Data modeling knowledge (Star schema, Snowflake schema) to organize data efficiently
• Familiarity with SQL and basic ETL processes to keep data flowing smoothly
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in English (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Python, Snowflake and Power BI architecture
• Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation for Power BI reports
