We’re looking for a new member of our L&D team – an Instructional Designer. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how knowledge is delivered and absorbed within SMART business. In collaboration with L&D Manager and subject matter experts you’ll have an opportunity to craft innovative, learner-centered online training programs that engage and drive real results.

You will:

• Analyze learning requests to recommend suitable e-learning structures, formats, and materials.
• Evaluate and finalize educational content in terms of design, writing, and structure to uphold quality standards.
• Design interactive e-learning content using the authoring tool Easy Generator, ensuring materials align with business objectives and learner needs.
• Assist in developing assessments to measure the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.
• Review and enhance existing courses, ensuring adherence to internal quality and instructional standards.
• Collaborate with the L&D Manager to assess the impact of learning experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Research and analytical skills coupled with presentation and storytelling skills to transform raw content into structured, engaging materials.
• Mastery in application of learning and instructional theories to achieve measurable outcomes tailored to specific courses.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and familiarity with emerging technologies in instructional design.
• Dedication to excellence with a relentless drive to improve, innovate, and stay ahead of trends in learning technologies, instructional design, and AI tools.
• A strong eye for visual design, coupled with skills in storytelling to elevate course aesthetics and engagement.
• An assertive attitude to challenge the status quo in search of better alternatives combined with forward-thinking mindset to present fresh, creative solutions that drive meaningful change.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
