Strategy & Operations role is designed for outstanding professionals who want to make a mark in the game industry. You will be part of the versatile players in the team who know how to drive each of our hit titles to the next level. You will work on strategic marketing projects to tackle key business issues and challenges. Depending on the company’s strategic priorities, you will be rotated to work on a variety of business challenges and products to provide the best gaming experiences for our players worldwide.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish language is a must
- Minimum a bachelor's or master's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
- 1 - 5 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm, tech, startups, or FMCG companies
- Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
- Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in the Turkey regions; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Willing to go for local / international business trip or temporary relocation within MENA region
