Zweck der Stelle

Service engineer will be responsible for all service activities, including, but not limited with commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and customer training tasks. Will also represent Kistler as the technician onsite for any kind of commissioning, installation and technical problems with customers. Expected from service engineer is to generate added value to Kistler organization by following up technical based topics both internal and at customer ends. Service engineer will receive instructions from and report to Head of Sales Center - Turkey, and also report to Technical Service Manager TO-MIL. Also he will get instruction for service purposes by Marmara & Aegean Area Sales Manager and Anatolia&Black Sea Area Sales Manager.

Managing and increasing service activities of KTR.
Preparing customer sites and installing/commissioning Kistler products & systems together with colleagues from Kistler Group.
Commissioning of various Kistler products & services which would require close contact with customers.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, other events and create service news to share through mailing and/or on social media.
Providing technical assistance and product training (both pre- and post-sales).
Generating weekly and monthly time schedules of all service applications for swift actions with correct prioritisation.
Conducting customer visits regularly & interpreting customer needs and requirements into Kistler products and services.
Being able to provide remote support to the customers & colleagues.
Handling emergency service requirements fast, even in non-working hours, while maintaining balance between customer care and Kistler benefits.
Supporting maintenance & calibration activity for Kistler products on customer site.
Preparing maintenance contracts, selling and performing on site.
Generating application stories of important and major service applications.
Generating weekly and monthly report for service sales forecast and report to management.
Following up calibration and repair process at global Kistler centers from export to customer delivery.
Maintaining timely information flow between customer and global Kistler centers.
Take responsibility of whole service activity and follow service requirements ontime.
Attending to all Kistler product and systems related trainings and meetings.
Able to give company presentation to customers
Support back office activity of delivery process at customs for repair and calibration products
Technical intervention at customer site for commissioning and troubleshooting, 100 working days

Dein Profil

University degree preferably in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
3 - 5 years of experience in PLC programming and electromechanical systems
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in industrial automation products
Good degree of written and spoken English
Plastic injection knowledge is a plus
Sensor and measuring technology knowledge is a plus
Motor and driver knowledge is a plus
Industrial communication protocol experience is a plus
Hands on experience with electrical circuitry
Willingness to visit customers sites frequently
Willingness to travel to various cities of Turkey
Having a B class driving licence with a clean record
Ability to manage customers at site in order to solve problems and extend good relationship with existing customers
Committed and responsible attitude.
