• Month-End Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely month-end management accounts, ensuring all financial data is properly recorded and analyzed.
• Transaction Processing: Process a variety of accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile and prepare key financial accounts, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) statements, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide insightful commentary on key trends and drivers.
• KPI Reporting: Prepare and present key performance indicator (KPI) reports to management, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.
• Forecasting: Contribute to the development of future financial forecasts, including budgets, rolling forecasts, and outlooks, providing accurate projections and supporting data.
• Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls by identifying process improvements and recommending updated policies and procedures.
• Other: Perform other management accounting functions as required, and actively participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
