ABOUT THE JOB
By joining the Electrolux Professional team, you will take on the challenge to drive and execute purchasing activities in projects. You will be highly cost, time and quality driven to deliver the most profitable product for our customers. The position requires an interest in market dynamics and competitive behaviour, negotiation and pricing, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation.
As a logistic and supply chain specialist, you will supervise and manage every stage of the supply flow of industrial kitchen, laundry, and beverage equipment, from product supply to delivery to customers and dealers.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Receive and process customer orders through the ERP system
- Define and analyse the complementary items purchasing needs
- Manage domestic and international purchasing operations to meet the requested dates
- Negotiate terms of purchase, prepare and present item-based profitability analyses, and suggest alternative
- Register/update customer commercial agreements in the ERP system and proactively follow up on production plans
- Develop and maintain a project sourcing plan aligned with sourcing strategy and project targets
- Control and process supplier invoices and hand them over to the Accounting
- Negotiate the terms of agreements with a view to forwarders, warehouse operators, and custom clearance companies
- Work closely with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic logistics plans
- Strengthen our team with humour and heart
ABOUT YOU
REQUIRED COMPETENCES
ABOUT OUR BENEFITS:
- Engineering Electronical University or Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in related fields such as foreign trade, logistics, R&D, and certification is a plus
- Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
- Experienced in negotiation, judgment, and decision-making
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365, ERP systems, and e-invoice systems
- Excellent and proven knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written Turkish
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- You enjoy working with our customers and service partners
