As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing squad of engineers and analysts dedicated to building our PIM solution from the ground up. You will take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and user-friendly features for this greenfield project.
This role requires a strong technical foundation, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate within an Agile environment. You will also have the chance to influence the technical direction and contribute to creating a seamless experience for inventory management and display.

Backend Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Cloud & Messaging Integration: Leverage AWS services and messaging platforms like Kafka to build resilient and secure systems.

Database Management: Work with Dynamo DB and Postgres DB to ensure optimal data storage, retrieval, and security.

API Development: Design and develop high-quality APIs (Graph QL and REST) to enable seamless communication between system components.

Dev Ops: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Git Lab CI, and related tools to ensure smooth deployment processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, analysts, and UI/UX designers, to translate requirements into backend solutions.

Ensure code quality through effective documentation, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Must-Have Skills:

2+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Proficiency in API design and development (Graph QL, REST).

Experience with AWS and Kafka for cloud integration and messaging.

Strong knowledge of database systems, including Dynamo DB and Postgres DB.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Kubernetes, Git Lab CI, Selenium, and Ja Co Co.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Experience with PIM systems or similar platforms.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

A passion for innovation and high-quality code.

Experience with Frontend technologies, e.g. React, CSS, AG-Grid.
