Pay: 20,000.00TRY - 30,000.00TRY per month

We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for managing CRM systems, generating insightful reports, and efficiently distributing data across teams, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (Bitrix24) , ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Create, analyze, and distribute reports to various departments
- Work closely with teams to streamline data processes and enhance efficiency
- Extract, organize, and interpret data to support business decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements in data handling and reporting
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Proven experience as a Data Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix24, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Good Speaking level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
