Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and monitoring of compliance programs and policies
• Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering AML and KYC regulations
• Conduct daily compliance monitoring activities, such as transaction reviews and customer onboarding checks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related documentation and reports
• Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and management regarding compliance matters
• Conduct research on regulatory changes and emerging trends in the crypto industry
• Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Help with the organization of compliance training sessions for employees
• Respond to internal and external compliance-related inquiries
• Support the team during audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency sector
• Hands on experience with cryptocurrency regulations, blockchain technology, and the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience working with MASAK regulations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• To be a citizen of Turkey with full civil rights
• Fluency in Turkish and English
