What we look for:
We are looking for a champion who is passionate about tourism and who wants to create a great customer experience for tourists during their visit in Thailand. For this position we are looking for 2 part-time (2 days a week) and with our fast growing pace, you can progress if you are ready, willing, and able.
Key responsibilities
As a Tuk Tuk Hop Customer Service & Operation : (Part-Time: 2 days a week) , you will work with the Business, Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver great experiences to tourists. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

We are a transportation tech company with extensive experiences in both software and hardware. Currently, our flagship products are Muv Mi and Tuk Tuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 6.5 million trips with 500+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
We are a small (90+ people) and agile team. We make things happen and are looking for similar entrepreneurial spirits to join our team.

Key responsibilities
As a Tuk Tuk Hop Customer Service & Operation : (Part-Time: 2 days a week) , you will work with the Business, Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver great experiences to tourists. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Understand Tourists and create an adapted product market fit
- Drive customer satisfaction, revenue and manage cost
- Work with partners (B2B) to build and maintain good relationships that lead to sales
- Work with the business and operation team to translate strategies into action plans
- Actively initiate and propose improvements to the team and operating procedure
- Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early stage company
Qualifications
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself
- Entrepreneurial spirit, make things happen, take risks, quick learner
- Having experiences in management & operation will be beneficial, but not required
- Good people and communication skill
- Passion in tourism
- Drive for improvements
- Great command in English
- Preferred at least bachelor degree

Office location
- Head office in Tha Maharaj and Pradhiphat area (BTS Ari)
