Position: Legal Advisor (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Remote (Thailand, Bangkok-based candidates)
Company Overview:
The Three Treasures Co., Ltd. is a start-up specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics. We are seeking a qualified legal advisor to assist with navigating Thai business and healthcare laws as we establish our company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with obtaining the necessary business license for the company.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents related to company operations.
• Provide advisory support to ensure compliance with Thai healthcare and business regulations.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Public Health and other relevant government agencies.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: Fixed term of one month, with a possibility of renewal based on circumstances.
• Work Hours: 20 hours per month, with flexible scheduling.
• Compensation: THB 10,000–15,000, depending on experience, plus a completion bonus for the approved business Licence for the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate or healthcare law in Thailand.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and obtaining licenses for businesses
• Experience working with or liaising with the Thai Ministry of Public Health
• Familiarity with Thai healthcare and business law
• Strong communication and document preparation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
