Report and comment on litigations related matters as well as consumer complaints, customer service matter or supplier claim.
Provide legal advice to and cooperate with other departments and all group companies including other affiliates worldwide to complete the task.
Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to management, colleagues and related suppliers or service providers.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements as well as provide related legal advice to colleagues and management.
Update and inform other departments of related new laws or regulations.
Translate legal documents.
Update and interpret laws, legal documents and agreements.
Review and audit legal compliance process of all functions of the company.
Support and undertake all assignments as shall be assigned by superior.
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree of law.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Experience in litigation, corporate and commercial laws.
Experience in business or education in commercial area is preferable.
Able to work at Nissan Bangna-Trad KM.22 in occasionally and able to drive.
Legal Area Experience to be considered: Commercial law.
Corporate laws.
Basic Intellectual property.
Basic industrial and environmental laws.
Property laws.
Data Privacy Law.
Basic Trade Competition laws (will be preferable).
