We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in Network Infrastructure Taiwan. The Nokia NI Business Development Sales team focus on the Tier 1 Communications Services Providers, and Multiple System Operators in Taiwan.
The successful candidate will need to maintain and establish strong relationships with customers and agencies responsible for Digital Transformation, WAN, Broadband Deployment, Security, Data Center, and Cloud/Hosting solutions.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in Network Infrastructure Taiwan. As part of our team, Account Manager will:
- Be a lead interface for pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Establish relationships with target customers across roles within the operator (VP, Director, engineering, operations, marketing, procurement, etc.)
- Partner with BC presales to understand customer challenges and requirements, then drive orders by providing innovative solutions and product development in support of operator needs.
- Articulate the Nokia vision on technologies and solutions toward the Customer.
- Present proactive solutions and recommendations to management, customers and/or external audiences that include IP, Optics, Broadband and Security products and services that can benefit customer's needs.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services.
- Contributes to strategic decisions within own defined scope (account, portfolio, geography, etc).
- Participates in pricing strategies and contract negotiations and actively provides useful input.
- Work with internal bids and proposals team to create proposals for solutions and services
- Complete annual training requirements in support of building sales skills and increasing product knowledge
- Travel: Approx 20% travel required across designated customers
As the AM candidate, we expect you have:
- At least 4 years’ experience in Direct/Indirect Sales, Presales, or Business Development selling within the telecom or IT space.
- Track Record of New Business Development Sales
- Working Experience in Global Matrix Companies preferred
- Experience in working in a multinational and multi-cultural organization
- Results focused - must have a solid track record with proven ability to identify, qualify and close deals.
- Excellent understanding of the end-to-end mobile/fixed carrier arena, its opportunities, and challenges.
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
