Job Description

Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.
Support the implementation of compliance measures for current and emerging EASA regulatory standards in the Air Traffic Control industry.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Promote a safety-first culture by coaching, training, and reinforcing internal quality and safety processes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards through comprehensive Quality Assurance practices.
Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

The Successful Applicant

Engineering degree with expertise in Integrated Management Systems.
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 27001 is a plus), particularly within software development organizations.
Familiarity with EASA certification processes in the aerospace industry.
Experience with software development processes in safety-critical environments.
Proven ability to analyze complex systems, demonstrating adaptability, autonomy, and rigor.
Industry experience in Aerospace and/or Air Traffic Control is required.
Familiarity with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 is highly advantageous.
Resilient under pressure, with a flexible and proactive approach.
Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss and EU citizens)
