As a Customer Service specialist with MOSCOT you will be the voice of MOSCOT to thousands of MOSCOT fans spanning the globe from Tokyo to Timbuktu. In addition to that you will work closely with our wholesale after sales team and the MOSCOT Shops around Europe. Interested?
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• In the initial period the person will be dedicated to the after sales wholesale & Retail management only and later on will be fully dedicated to retail after sales and e-commerce customer service support.
• Responsible for answering customer service phone calls and e-mails going the extra mile for all end customers, expressing gratitude to all for their business and present positive answers to inquiries while providing the MX - MOSCOT Experience
• Support After sales requests and weekly replenishment of Kindred, Collaterals and Frames of all EU MOSCOT SHOPS
• Maintain, manage and update all customer databases in a timely manner and prepare sales reports
• Support on the store locator and wholesale returns management
• Respond and resolve to online customer inquiries/request and resolve them in a timely fashion always demonstrating empathy and providing expertise.
• Be on the MOSCOT front lines, responsible for knowing and communicating relevant brand information including but not limited to; product details, policies & procedures as well as assisting customers directly whenever possible.
• Upon request, initiate customer returns.
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or public relations or advertising agency
• Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
• Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Preferable but not necessary: minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role;
• Luxury and Fashion Companies expertise will be preferred;
• Fluent in English and German and any other languages is a plus;
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment preferred;
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and externally;
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
• Emotional intelligence;
• Proven success working as a team player as well as an individual contributor;
• Preferable experience working with Shopify, SAP Business One, Pepperi, Outlook and desire to learn new applications as needed.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: CHF1’500.00 per month
