Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:
As our Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Customer Solutions Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions
• Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations
• Serve as a lead to the territory sales process and support local teams with a continuous customer hypercare management
• Support our journey of bringing the power of Med Tech through a value-based customer integration to life and help driving required transformations, internally and externally
• Realization of own internship project work in the field of BI and process automation
• Temporary help in cross-team projects (e.g., sustainability in healthcare)
• Others…

Qualifications

• On-going university degree with an interest in data sciences or BI
• Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment.

Qualifications - Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams
• Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this
• Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools
• Excellent command of English & German and ideally French languages
