Your mission
As a TPO & Team Manager at Epiroc you will be a key player in the cross functional Agile SW team’s delivery and development. You will be the teams Product Owner by planning sprints and communicating with the customers stakeholders. The developers in the teams will report to you and you are expected to develop both team members and the teams.

We use agile methods in our daily work and focus on team development and how to continuously improve our work in agile teams. Our teams have expertise in different areas, Drill and Blast Applications, Exploration Applications, Hole Navigation Systems, Tele Remote Functionality, Automated Machines and Autonomous Functions to mention some of them.

Your profile
You have some years of experience from similar position. You have worked with Agile Software Development and have leadership and/or Project Management experience. You are passionate about delivering high quality solutions and have an interest in modern Software development methodology. We develop our functions in C#, C++ and React JS. Automated tests are written in Python and C#, so if you have prior knowledge in some those areas it is meritorious. We value committed team players that like to work with new technology, share knowledge and to continuously learn and develop.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
