We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Food Packaging Solutions team, representing the brands Duniform, Duni, and Relevo. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase our visibility in the market and drive sales to secure sustainable growth in the Business area.
About the role:
As Head of Marketing, you will lead a talented team to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase visibility and generate leads across both digital and traditional channels. You will ensure that our brands are well positioned in the market, maintaining a balance between proven marketing practices and building our digital capabilities.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on visibility, lead generation, and brand consistency across both digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing toolbox to support both marketing and sales communication, ensuring alignment with an omnichannel strategy.
- Planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met while analyzing performance to improve marketing ROI.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive results and innovation, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization.
You are a strategic leader who excels at both high-level planning and hands-on execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to be part of a company on a digital journey. With a humble and pragmatic leadership style, you collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Proven experience leading marketing teams, managing both strategic and operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of traditional marketing strategies, with an evolving understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your team.
- Experience working in an international environment with a cross-functional and matrix organization, fostering collaboration across teams and geographies.
- Experience with analytics tools and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms), and a solid understanding of both direct and indirect sales strategies, including omnichannel approaches.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and fluency in both written and spoken English.
