The Role

We are seeking a talented Deep Learning Engineer to join our team in developing our flagship product, the Embedl SDK—a Python library that empowers businesses to create efficient AI models, optimized for embedded hardware.
Responsibilities

• Implementing features and functions in Embedl’s software products to enhance performance and user experience.
• Benchmarking optimization algorithms by training models and deploying them to hardware.
• Improving hardware support by integrating AI tools from industry leaders such as Nvidia, Intel, Xilinx, ARM, Qualcomm, STMicroelectronics, Ambarella, Texas Instruments, and NXP.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent skills achieved through experience.
• Excellent coding skills in Python.
• Experience developing deep learning models using Py Torch, Jax, Keras and/or Tensor Flow.
• Experience with libraries for scientific computing, such as Numpy, Scipy and Matplotlib.
• 2-5 years of industry experience in software development, preferably in sectors like automotive or telecom where code quality is paramount.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with developing AI models for embedded hardware.
• Experience with C, C++, CUDA.
• FPGA or embedded programming.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
