We are looking for

Background tecnológico:

Ingeniería informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar
Certificación Agile
Experiencia mínima de 10 años
Experiencia en gestión de servicios de software,
Experiencia demostrable trabajando con Agile

Hard Skills:

Planificar, dirigir y coordinar a todas las personas y recursos del servicio de Aplication Management (equipos multidisciplinares con tecnologías J2EE, Oracle, API Rest, Swagger, Spring, Struts, Postgress, Liferay, Git.), en todos sus aspectos.
Organizar y facilitar la planificación de sprints y lanzamientos, reuniones diarias, Sprint reviews, retrospectivas y otros eventos relacionados con Agile.
Toma de decisiones para el aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los objetivos del servicio.
Profundo entendimiento de las necesidades de cada correctivo, preventivo o evolutivo. Tanto desde un punto de vista de negocio, como desde un punto de vista técnico, de cara a mantener la interlocución adecuada con cada uno de los stakeholders involucrados.
Toma de requisitos
Control presupuestario
Evaluación continua de la exposición al riesgo (oportunidades y amenazas)
Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad exigidos por el banco.
Proactividad para el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Análisis de informes de reporting del servicio.
Alto nivel de inglés (Mínimo B2, deseable C1)

Altas capacidades de comunicación y gestión de los usuarios.
Gran atención al detalle
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

Your role in the team
We are looking for a Service Manager, with experience in web products maintenance and managing highly complex SW development projects, with a delivery model based on external AM services.
The ideal person should be able to make rational and analytical decisions and be autonomous. Additionally, candidate should have technical background in Web/Agile environments as well as strong functional analysis and management skills.
Experience in application management (AMs) will be valued.
