We are looking for

Experience/qualifications

Titulación universitaria Diplomatura/Ingeniería Técnica/Grado en Informática, Telecomunicación o similar.
5 años desarrollo Java SE y 3 años de analista funcional java.
Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (scrum).
Experiencia en el sector financiero.

Hard Skills:

Toma de requisitos
Elaboración documentación técnica/funcional
Seguimiento de la planificación y cumplimiento de hitos.
Supervisión del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en los correctivos/evolutivos/preventivos.
Identificación y gestión de riesgos.
Verificación y control tanto de las pruebas, como de la puesta en producción
Elaboración y validación de los casos de prueba
Coordinación entre las distintas Áreas Técnicas implicadas en un determinado desarrollo.
Gestión del ciclo de vida de un correctivo/evolutivo/preventivo como análisis, validación solución técnica, análisis de impacto, validación de documentos funcionales.
Revisión de entregas y versiones.
Aceptación del código. Analizar y validar si el código cumple todos los requisitos de calidad del software (vulnerabilidades, calidad del código, plan de pruebas correctamente evidenciado y validado…)
Alto nivel de inglés (Mínimo B2, deseable C1)

Soft skills:

Altas capacidades de comunicación y gestión de los usuarios.
Gran atención al detalle.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Your role in the team
We are looking for a IT Functional Analyst with experience in Java development and managing highly complex SW development projects, with a delivery model based on external services.
The ideal person should be able to make rational and analytical decisions and be autonomous. Additionally, candidate should have technical background in Web/Agile environments as well as strong functional analysis and management skills.
