At DXC Spain we are looking for a Opentext technical and functional consultant to join our great team of Consulting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in document management systems and Open Text solutions.
Proven track record of successful Open Text implementations and integrations.
Experience with Open Text Content Suite, Extended ECM, Documentum, or other Open Text products.
Proficiency in Open Text configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong understanding of DMS principles and best practices.
Experience with programming languages and frameworks relevant to Open Text solutions (e.g., Java, .NET, Java Script).
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
Spanish: C1 Advanced
Catalan language
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in conducting user training and creating documentation.

Tasks:
Consulting and Advisory Services:

Provide expert advice on best practices for document management, leveraging Open Text solutions.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Open Text products and features.

Implementation and Integration:

Lead the implementation of Open Text solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Configure and customize Open Text products to meet client-specific needs.
Integrate Open Text solutions with existing systems and applications.

Technical Expertise:

Develop and maintain technical documentation for Open Text configurations and customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Open Text implementations.
Provide technical support and guidance during and after deployment.

Functional Expertise:

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization through document management.
Design and document functional specifications for document management workflows.
Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to ensure effective utilization of Open Text solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in document management and Open Text technologies.
Propose and implement improvements to existing document management processes and systems.
Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the team.
