<span 72="">We are looking for a Global Customer Shared Services Specialist to join International Customer Service department. Integrated within the Global Supply Chain, International Customer Service is a key part of the supply chain focused on Customer fulfilment of own manufactured product and third-party products distributed by Grifols.


<span 72="">The primary role of the Global Customer Shared Services Specialist is to process the tasks related to Contract Management, Pricing Management, Master Data and other support activities for international distributors and third-party customers of the Diagnostic and Healthcare Divisions.


What your responsibilities will be

• <span 72="">Coordinate the Compliance and Legal aspects of the international distribution to ensure that supply of products through international distributors are according to the internal policies and external regulations:
  <span 72="">1. Process, supporting the Corporate Compliance teams, the Due Diligence requests for international distributors in a timely manner to the North American Compliance Department prior the signature of any legal contract.
  <span 72="">2. Process and Collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Quality and other involved departments, the preparation, revision, approval and signature process of commercial agreements and other legal documentation according to corporate guidelines and external regulations.
  <span 72="">3. Coordinate the legalization and/or translation of documents when required.
  <span 72="">4. Keep up to date the third-party Customers Annual Compliance Certificates in cooperation with Commercial teams.
  <span 72="">5. Keep up to date legal contracts and process the cancellation, renewal and/or any applicable amendment according to stakeholder’s instructions.
  <span 72="">6. Upload all the relevant documents to the corporate archiving tool.
• <span 72="">Process the Master Data requests of new customers and/or update data in existing ones:
  <span 72="">1. Process the requests to create or modify the data of any International Customer in SAP as per company procedures.
  <span 72="">2. Enter in SAP the approved third-party Customer Prices provided by Commercial Division.
• <span 72="">Provide an excellent service level to our customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction:
  <span 72="">1. Work collaboratively and liaise with other departments for seamless operations in the area.
  <span 72="">2. Process the requests received from customers and stakeholders correctly and in a timely manner.
  <span 72="">3. Keep customers and stakeholders informed in a professional manner ensuring accuracy.
  <span 72="">4. Escalate to line responsible any complex issue for advice.
  <span 72="">5. Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date data records.

• <span 72="">Bachelor's Degree. (Business administration, Finance or similar), preferably.
• <span 72="">Experience in similar tasks and/or in a similar area.
• <span 72="">Advanced level of English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• <span 72="">Knowledge or experience in SAP is a plus.
• <span 72="">MS Office.
• <span 72="">Customer oriented.
• <span 72="">Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• <span 72="">Ability to prioritize and to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• <span 72="">Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• <span 72="">Excellent attention to detail.
• <span 72="">Proactive and results oriented.
