We are currently seeking a Dutch speaker to join our International team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Customer Support Representative (English and Dutch Speaker)
Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
Locations: Portugal, Greece, and Spain
Special Note for Portugal: Company accommodation provided
Relocation Support: Available for all locations
Contract: 1-year, renewable
Working Hours: Depending on project, on-site
Salary: To be discussed
Benefits: Meal allowance, performance-based bonuses (depending on project)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in English and Dutch through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts depending on project requirements.
- Meal allowance.
