As part of this exciting development, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our MPL office in South Korea, based in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul:

COMMERCIAL

• Actively prospecting and generating leads to the expansion of the company's client base.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  
• Understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
  
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
  

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry trends is a plus.
  
• Proficient in local language and English communication, both written and verbal.
  
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with overseas offices and partners.
