As part of this exciting development, we are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our MPL office in South Korea, based in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul:

FORWARDING

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
  
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing shipping documents.
  
• Support senior staff in resolving logistics-related issues and optimizing operational efficiency.
  
• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to transportation and customs regulations.
  

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or related field.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
  
• Proficient in local language and English communication, both written and verbal.
  
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with overseas offices and partners.
