Coupang Pay Seller Payments Team is committed to transforming how sellers manage their financial liquidity by offering innovative financing products. We are looking for a visionary product leader to join us in this journey to build the next generation lending products and reinvent what is traditionally offered by banks and financial institutions.

In this position, you will identify key problems and opportunities that conventional lenders have missed, reimagining how liquidity solutions can be designed to meet the evolving needs of Coupang sellers. You will be responsible for shaping a bold product vision, driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams, and bringing to market products that fundamentally change the way sellers access financing. Your success will be measured by your ability to solve high-impact liquidity challenges while achieving ambitious OKRs, positioning Coupang Pay as a market leader in seller financing.
The role is currently based out of Seoul, South Korea.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, or a related field
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a product vision and guide the team through key milestones
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience developing and launching software or applications that provide an end-to-end experience in a large, complex domain
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Experience analyzing large data sets and making decisions based on the data
• Experience gathering requirements from various stakeholders and turning them into a product solution
• Technical expertise in analytical tools, methodologies, and design
• Business level and above English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Experience in Fintech
• Experience identifying key opportunities and developing product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals
• Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into requirements, and overseeing pre- and post-launch execution
• A willingness to adapt and find creative solutions in a constantly changing environment.
• AB testing experience is a plus
