1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业。2、3年以上人力资源管理经验，有在韩国或国际企业工作经验者优先。3、熟悉韩国劳动法规，具备良好的法律意识。4、出色的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与各级员工和管理层有效合作。5、具备解决问题和决策制定的能力，善于在复杂环境中推动业务。1、Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management or a related field.2、More than 3 years of experience in HR management,with a preference for experience in Korean or international companies.3、Familiarity with Korean labor laws and a strong sense of legal awareness.4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all levels.5、Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at navigating complex situations.
